• 1Safety and health activities shall be prioritized in business operations in recognition of the importance of eliminating the following risks:
  • (1) Risk of falling while working at heights
  • (2) Risk of getting shocked while handling electrical equipment
  • (3) Risk of inexperienced employees getting injured
  • (4) Risk of getting caught in machinery while handling rotating equipment
  • (5) Risk of getting into road accidents while commuting or going to work sites
• 2Occupational Safety and Health Goals shall be set in the President's Policy, and the actions taken to achieve them shall be regularly reviewed.
• 3The legal requirements related to occupational safety and health, industry codes of conduct to which they agree, and agreements with public institutions and other organizations shall be complied with.
• 4Risk assessments and other efforts shall be made to eliminate workplace hazards and reduce occupational safety and health risks.
• 5Occupational safety and health management systems shall be implemented, regularly reviewed by the Safety and Health Committee, and continuously improved.
• 6The Workplace Safety and Health Committee and the Company-wide Safety and Health Committee shall hold regular activities for workers to participate in to ensure occupational safety and health.
• 7The Occupational Safety and Health Policy shall be made available on the website.

• 1We recognize that our main business, wind turbine maintenance, helps conserve global resources by improving wind power generation.
• 2We will prevent serious accidents that can occur with wind turbines and stop surrounding environments from getting damaged and people from getting injured.
• 3We will maintain and improve a healthy environment by reducing waste as well as odor and noise pollution.
• 4We will comply with environmental laws and regulations as well as other requirements that we are in agreement with.
• 5We will recycle broken parts as much as possible to reduce waste.
• 6We will manage how we use oils and fats so that they do not leak out of our systems.
• 7We will manage wind power generators to prevent damage from ice and snow that may fall from them.
• 8We will make risk assessments and other efforts to eliminate workplace hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks.
• 9We will set Environmental Goals and regularly review and continuously improve the actions taken to achieve them.
• 10We will make the Environmental Policy available on our website.
