Occupational Safety and Health Policy, Quality Policy, and Environmental Policy

In the wind turbine maintenance work we carry out, we place the utmost importance on ensuring the safety and health of employees and related personnel, and act in accordance with the rules.

Occupational Safety and Health Policy

Eos Engineering & Service Co., Ltd. and Blade Partners Co., Ltd. recognize that creating a safe and healthy workplace is of the utmost importance in order to prevent workers from getting injured or sick, and have established this Occupational Safety and Health Policy accordingly.

1. We will recognize that eliminating the following risks is essential for our operations, and carry out focused occupational safety and health activities accordingly.
   1. Risks of falling when working at height
   2. Risks of electric shocks when handling electrical equipment
   3. Risks of inexperienced employees getting injured
   4. Risks of getting caught in rotating equipment when handling it
   5. Risks of traffic accidents when commuting to work and traveling to sites
2. In accordance with the President's policy, we will set "occupational safety and health goals," and regularly review our activities for achieving them.
3. We will comply with legal requirements related to occupational safety and health, industry codes of conduct that we agree to, and agreements with public authorities and other organizations.
4. We will carry out risk assessments and other necessary activities to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational safety and health risks.
5. We will implement an occupational safety and health management system, regularly review it through the safety and health committee, and continuously improve it.
6. We will regularly hold workplace safety and health committee meetings and company-wide safety and health committee meetings, and activities that workers participate in to ensure occupational safety and health.
7. We will publish the Occupational Safety and Health Policy on the website.

1. We will meet legal and regulatory requirements and customer requirements.
2. We will strive to ensure our conformity to the requirements and to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system.
3. We will set quality goals and strive to achieve them.
4. All employees will understand this quality policy and put it into practice.

Environmental Policy

Eos Engineering & Service Co., Ltd. and Blade Partners Co., Ltd. recognize the importance of protecting the environment while balancing socio-economic needs, and have established this environmental policy accordingly.

1. We will recognize that increasing wind power generation capacity through our core business of wind turbine maintenance contributes to the conservation of global resources.
2. We will prevent serious wind turbine accidents and not cause damage to the surrounding environment or harm to people.
3. We will strive to maintain and improve a healthy environment through activities including reducing waste, odors, and noise.
4. We will comply with environmental laws and regulations and other requirements that we agree to.
5. We will recycle defective parts as much as possible to reduce waste.
6. We will manage lubricants and oils to prevent any leakage to outside the systems.
7. We will manage ice and snow so that it will not cause damage by scattering from wind turbines.
8. We will carry out risk assessments and other necessary activities to eliminate hazard sources and reduce environmental risks.
9. We will set "environmental goals," regularly review our activities for achieving them, and conduct continuous improvement.
10. We will publish the Environmental Policy on the website.
