EES Training Center (Education Center)
A leading-edge hub for technical, safety, onboarding, and quality training
Experienced instructors with extensive experience of wind turbine work are permanently stationed in the center to develop human resources by conducting group training programs throughout the year. The center also cooperates with local governments to provide education and training programs for students. The center received facility accreditation as a Global Wind Organization (GWO) training provider in July 2018, and currently offers BST5, ART, BTT4, EFA, and SLS programs. These are also available to external participants. Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) technician certification has been offered at Blade Partners since FY 2020.

In-House Training
As well as GWO training for new employees, the center also provides onboarding, safety, and technical training all year round. It also offers technical training on new models for intermediate- and advanced-level personnel.
Eos Rescue Team (ERT)
The ERT conducts group training programs on a wide range of themes, including emergencies, natural disasters, and everyday incidents, so as to be prepared for all types of emergency situations. These activities are for the sake of the participants themselves and for their colleagues as well. Also, the aim is that their existence will also provide peace of mind to the local community.
